Andrew M. Foley, RN, BSN, JD, MBA. Twelve years of clinical practice, a clinical-risk JD, and an MBA grounded in healthcare operations. The combination matters: documentation audits without the clinical lens miss medical necessity; without the legal lens miss billing exposure; without the operations lens miss the revenue.

HIPAA posture

Sentinel is the Business Associate; every engagement begins with a signed BAA. Local processing runs on an operator endpoint with BitLocker full-disk encryption, per-engagement key isolation, append-only audit logging on every PHI access, and de-identification at the LLM boundary (Microsoft Presidio + Sentinel-specific regex + a refuse-transmission verification pass). The 27-page Risk Analysis is available on request to executed-BAA customers.

What we don't do

We don't auto-correct billing. We don't auto-resubmit claims. Every finding is RN-reviewed before delivery, and you (the covered entity) make the final call. Sentinel's job is to surface what your documentation actually supports — not to act on it.
