Master Services Agreement (MSA)

Covers the audit engagement, the complimentary Initial Audit, and the Practice Revenue Intelligence subscription terms (if you choose to proceed). Each new practice signs a click-through MSA in the portal during onboarding.

Business Associate Agreement (BAA)

Satisfies the 45 CFR § 164.504(e) requirements for a covered entity to share PHI with a business associate. No PHI changes hands before the BAA is signed.

Privacy

Sentinel does not sell, rent, or share PHI or practice metadata with any third party other than its named subprocessors (currently: Amazon Web Services (Bedrock) for LLM inference, under an executed Business Associate Agreement, with chart content de-identified before any transmission). Subprocessor list updated annually and on change.
